PROCESS

  • Schedule an initial consultation with Bouwen Construction to discuss your project and our approach.

  • In the consultation, we will inquire about your lifestyle, values, past renovation experiences, and project goals. We can also go over any plans you may have and explore different planning methods to ensure you grasp the project expenses.

  • Using our meeting's insights, we will create an initial cost estimate for your project, factoring in unit rates, comparable pricing, and project-specific details.

  • We present the preliminary budget, schedule and scope of work for review and consideration.

  • If you decide to proceed with Bouwen Construction, we sign our contract, and begin project planning.

  • In the project planning phase we obtain detailed pricing, provide a detailed schedule, discuss permitting, secure materials and do a comprehensive budget review for sign off.

  • Once approved, we schedule your project to move into construction.
